This home is in a mature and quiet neighborhood known as “The Cove”, so take a walk and enjoy a variety of architectural style homes from cottages, to mid-century and modern. It is conveniently located near restaurants, live theaters, spas, casinos shopping, movies, golf, tennis, hiking trails libraries, and more! It is your place to enjoy mountain views and spectacular sunsets.
The style of your home will be that of casual relaxation, with a blend of Southwest nostalgia and eclectic comfort. The LIVING SPACE is open, beautifully tiled in travertine stone tiles, and is comprised of two open seating areas one where you can watch television on a wall mounted HD flat screen, or curl up in front of the fireplace and read a book or a magazine form reading material supplied. It has a well-appointed galley kitchen featuring wood-crafted cabinets, all the necessary appliances, a black granite breakfast bar, and is adjoined by the open dining area, creating a great open floor plan.
The carpeted sleeping quarters are at the opposite end of the living space, and are perfect for two couples, each room with its own intimacy. It consists of two nice sized bedrooms, a master bedroom and bathroom with French doors opening onto the covered patio. The guest bedroom and bathroom are equally comfortable, each with its own Television, plenty of closet space and all the necessary linens.
Spend some time relaxing on the back covered patio where you are surrounded by beautiful mountains sit at your table and have a cup of coffee, have a drink of fresh lemonade, made from your own lemon tree, make some Margaritas, have breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and certainly watch the beautiful or Sunsets.
The front patio is a great place to watch the twinkling city lights at night, catch a plane off in the distance headed for the Airport, or during the day spend some time watching the local birds flitting from cactus to cactus in search of food, and off in the distance marvel at the snow covered mountains displayed high above the rugged desert floor.
An intermediate size pool is perfect for heating in the winter months at an additional charge.
Cathedral City is East of and adjoining Palm Springs and West of and adjoining Rancho Mirage, a perfect central location in the Coachella Valley. It is close to, Palm Desert, Indian Wells, and a short distance to La Quinta and Indio.
